We do our best to ensure you get the best quality possible. However, in the event of any quality concern, please reach out to us at [email protected] at the earliest and we will do our best to resolve it.

At Naturally Vibrant we have a 100% money back guarantee policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email within 7 days of your purchase with pictures of the product along with a description of the problem, and we will refund the full cost of the item including shipping.

Naturally Vibrant will refund and/or replace physically damaged products at no additional charge.

All other items which have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or any unwanted products will be refunded for purchase amount as long as the product is returned is in its original condition. Additionally, any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The refund will be issued within 2 business days.
