C+Salts is made from special things: Kakadu Plum, salt from Lake Deborah, and potassium chloride.
The people who collect these plums are from Indigenous communities in Australia, and buying them helps these communities make money on their own.
Ingredients - Potassium Chloride, Natural Australian Lake Salt, Kakadu Plum Powder (Terminalia ferdinandiana).
Directions for use - take ½ tsp (2g) once per day in orange juice or your preferred cold drink.
Heat, intensity and duration can all affect your needs for fluid and electrolyte replacement. Best used regularly throughout your regime - consume up to 1–2 serves per litre of fluid. Ideally one serve with every 250mL–350mL of water or juice; or 1 serve three times a day with plenty of liquid. Maximum one-day intake is 4 serves.
Do not consume with electrolyte drinks without specific advice of your medical practitioner.
